Staging Consultation
This consultation is an hour long, in-person meeting where we address all action items required to get a property ready for the market. During this consult, we walk through every room in your home. Each room will receive a general assessment of what should be done in order to get it market ready. These suggestions can include decluttering, repairs, painting, cleaning, furniture arrangement, and decor. The consultation fee will be waived if we are hired to stage the home.

Occupied Home Staging
An occupied home staging includes decluttering, depersonalizing, and reworking the flow of a home. We will walk through each room in the house and create a detailed list of everything that needs to be done in order to get it market ready. We incorporate the owners’ current furnishings and use our expertise to highlight them. We will then complete the items on the list from the consult, adding in our inventory and finishing touches to showcase the beauty of the home.
