  • When your client asks for a toddler & nursery room combo 🤩 This was such a fun project to complete. We went for a modern coastal aesthetic in here and wanted to create a room that would grow well with both the new baby and toddler and I’m so happy with how it turned out!!   • A little entryway refresh for the summer ✨ When @tumblerugs reached out to work together again , I didn’t even hesitate because their rugs are life savers with kids!! We’ve had our Tumble rug in our living room now for about 6 months and it has held up so well with our 2 crazy girls. I knew I wanted to swap out our existing runner for a washable one and this Lisa Taupe Multi runner was the perfect way to lighten up this space and I love that I could get it in the 10ft option since this hallway is so long! I am in love with how easy it is to clean up and love the idea of being able to wash it when it needs it. I’ll link the exact runner in my stories! Once I added the runner, I knew I had to repaint the board & batten. I’ve been itching to repaint the entryway for over a year now. I went bold with green and while I loved the look, it didn’t feel like me. I have really soft tones throughout our entire home and the green felt a little out of place for me. We finally finished our laundry room renovation (head to my stories & vote if you want to see that next) and I had some leftover paint so I decided to go for it and I am obsessed!! It’s the perfect color and fits in our home so much better.   • Looking for a way to upgrade your boring builder grade bathroom? This bathroom reno costs us less than $2k and was such a fun reno project for us because we were able to put our own personal touch on it. ✨ I chose this white herringbone mosaic tile from @flooranddecor and I could not be happier with it. It’s the perfect neutral floor to bring balance and light to this previously dark and dingy space! TILE DETAILS: FESTIVAL GLOSSY WHITE HERRINGBONE PORCELAIN MOSAIC (12x12) I was going for a soft, feminine look in here, but I wanted to make sure that it stayed as timeless as possible. At the time, we just had our one daughter and we knew that we would probably bring at least one more baby into this home so I needed to make sure any feminine touches were reversible so I opted for textiles, art and paint to bring in the feminine touch I was wanting. Lucky for us, our second was a girl so we got to keep it as is when she came 🎀 We absolutely LOVE Floor & Decor and have used their tile in almost every single room in our home. We had already completed the majority of our home with their products before we even got the chance to work with them so I really mean it when I say, they are our favorite for these projects!! They have an amazing tile selection at such an affordable price, and their store allows me to execute my renovation visions without having to settle for anything less than extraordinary.   • Our Laundry Room is coming together even better than I imagined 🥹 Next up: paint & install the cabinets I installed this gorgeous Serena Wallpaper in Blush (g ifted) from @artzaco_ and I absolutely love the warmth it brings to this space! It brings such a subtle feminine touch and I can’t wait to pair it with a soft beige paint for the cabinets and warm gold closet rod ✨ @artzaco_ has the most beautiful wallpaper collection and the absolute BEST customer service. They have been so sweet to work with. And the best part? It’s peel & stick so it was soooooo easy & quick to install.
