We bought this run down house in June and had a go

We bought this run down house in June and had a goal to flip it in 2 months and we ended up listing it on the market 2 months and 6 days after we got the keys and I absolutely love how it turned out!

There’s something so satisfying about giving love to a house that so desperately needed it 💕

This playroom has been CRYING for a makeover ever since we first moved in and this playmat is phase 1 of the makeover and I already love how much it changes the room! 💕

@tumblerugs just launched their new play mat and it’s PERFECT!! As yall know by now, I’m a major fan of Tumble and I have their rugs all throughout my home and this play mat just adds to the long list of reasons I love tumble!

The pattern is absolutely gorgeous and the quality is incredible! It’s completely wipeable and with the safe edge technology it’s completely safe for the littles. If you’re in the market for a play mat, this is the one!!

This playroom is really starting to come together. Now I can’t wait to add some color pattern to this grey box!

This hair salon was such a fun one to do! @hairbymckall is the hair QUEEN and now she has the cutest space!!! I’m so happy with how it turned out that it almost makes me want a dark and moody space in my house now!! I love getting to stretch myself and design spaces and styles that are a little out of my comfort zone and this one was just that! If you know anything about me and my personal style, you know I lean towards light and bright interiors, but this dark and moody room was a welcome challenge! And the best part is, now I get to go enjoy this cute salon every time I get my hair done ✨

This is just another reason I fell in love with this home ✨ When we originally came to tour this house, it was early July and the roses had bloomed but the hydrangeas had not and I had already fallen in love with the rose lined brick herringbone pathway but told Quinn I wanted to plant some hydrangeas in the front once we moved in.

And then we put an offer in, went under contract and went to get our home inspection done and the moment we pulled up to the home, I noticed these limelight hydrangeas and couldn’t believe my luck! It was yet another sign that this was our perfect house!!

In April of this year, Quinn made some garden boxes for us and it completely transformed our side yard and now it’s my favorite part of our backyard!

But if y’all know me, you know I’m a little extra so I will be adding more flowers to our front and backyard so that this view can be even better next year! 😍
